Cancellation of Bookings

All bookings made through the Ceyltra website are subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. By confirming a reservation with Ceyltra, you acknowledge and agree that this policy forms an integral part of your booking agreement.

Cancellation Notice

To be eligible for any refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date or service start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, including no shows, are not eligible for refunds, unless otherwise stated under specific service categories.

Advanced Payments & Deposits

Ceyltra typically requires a 20% advance payment of the total booking value to confirm tours, travel experiences, and other services. This advance payment ensures that your reservation with local partners and suppliers is secured.

For car transfer services, Ceyltra requires full payment (100%) through the website at the time of booking in order to confirm the transfer.

Refund Terms

If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled date, the following refund terms apply:

You will receive a refund equal to 15% of the full booking payment. The remaining portion of the advance payment is retained to cover operational, administrative, and partner reservation costs.

Refunds will be handled according to the payment provider’s refund procedures, including Verifone 2Checkout where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

If you cancel your car transfer booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time, the following refund terms apply:

You will receive a refund equal to 80% of the total payment for the car transfer. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover vehicle reservation, driver allocation, and administrative costs.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method according to 2Checkout’s timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal | typically within 1 business day
  • Wire Transfer / Checks | up to 7 business days (fees may apply)
  • Other Payment Methods | approximately 5–7 business days
  • Direct Debit | up to 6 weeks due to banking settlement rules

After 2Checkout issues the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card provider. 2Checkout reviews refund requests individually and will notify you by email regarding the outcome.

How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, travelers may choose either of the following options:

  1. Contact Ceyltra directly using the contact details provided on the website or in the booking confirmation email. In this case, the cancellation will be processed by Ceyltra through the backend system on behalf of the traveler.

  1. Cancel directly through your account dashboard on the Ceyltra website, where eligible bookings can be managed and cancelled by the traveler.

In both cases, travelers must:

  • Provide the booking reference number and relevant booking details.
  • Ensure the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date or time.

Ceyltra will confirm receipt and status of the cancellation request in writing.

No Shows & Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, failure to arrive for a booked service, or no-shows are not eligible for any refund, for both tours and car transfer services.

Third-Party Bookings

Certain bookings (including flights, hotels, or third-party activities) may be subject to additional cancellation or refund terms imposed by the service provider. In such cases, Ceyltra will comply with the supplier’s policy and inform travelers of any applicable refund eligibility or charges.

Force Majeure

Ceyltra shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Refunds or credits in such situations will be issued only where permitted by our service partners and suppliers.
