Arrive at the diving location and meet your certified local diving instructor. Begin with a short introduction to the area, followed by a safety briefing and an overview of diving techniques. Get equipped with your wetsuit, mask, fins, tanks, and other diving gear, ensuring everything fits and functions properly.
Board the boat to reach the chosen dive site. Your guide will brief you on the specific underwater area, marine life you might encounter, and hand signals used for communication underwater. Enjoy the scenic coastal views during the ride and prepare for your first dive.
Enter the water and begin your first dive under the guidance of your instructor. Explore coral reefs, colorful fish, and other fascinating marine life. Take time to get comfortable underwater, practice breathing techniques, and fully enjoy the immersive experience.
Return to the boat for a short break. Hydrate, relax, and review your first dive with your guide. Take this opportunity to spot marine life at the surface, such as rays or schools of fish, and capture some photos before the next dive.

Sri Lanka’s waters are full of vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine creatures. Depending on the location, you may spot tropical fish, reef rays, sea turtles, colorful corals, and occasionally reef sharks. Your guide will help point out the most interesting sights and ensure you get the best underwater experience.
You should bring a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, and a change of clothes. Waterproof cameras or GoPros are optional if you want to capture your adventure. All diving gear, including wetsuits, tanks, masks, and fins, is provided by the operator.
